This is the dashboard app for the myeducAItor platform; it is currently configured to integrate data files from the DOE ATS and a PowerSchool installation. The selections are explained as follows:

• The 'Select Attdate' drop list allows specification of the asof data up to which attendance to be compiled for any one of the selections. The date selected as in effect is shown in the top text box and the start date value is the earliest value in the drop down list (the current calendar year starts on 8/29/2024. The available report options are:
• Board Attendance Summary: This is a customized summary of the student attendance data that displays the date according to specific criteria and by the demographic of Grade. The table header indicates the asof date in effect underlying the reported school day and school roster count. Chronic indicates an absenteeism rate of greater than 10% and the numbers.
• Attendance Day of Week is an analysis of absenteeism according to the day of week to see if any unusual patterns emerge on this filter.
• Detail Attendance provides the detail of the attendance data for each calendar day as maintained on PowerSchool; the data is aggregated in P (Present), L (Late) and A (Absent).
• BOCES Daily Attendance Rpt provides the attendance data in the BOCES Student Daily Attendance template.
• Daily Attendance Graph provides a graphical representation of the attendance data.
